Digital
Signage Displays

There are several types of digital signage displays;
Plasma display panels (PDPs), liquid crystal displays
(LCDs), light emitting diode signs (LEDs), or traditional televisions
(CRTs) are being used for digital
signage networks. That is, instead of tuning in a television station,
they are showing specially prepared visual images to make them function
like signs. This gives the digital
signage networks manager of these signs the ability to update them
quickly, and to use engaging content.
A typical digital
signage player range from small 17” screens to several 60” grouped
together to make very large digital signage displays.
Of course the digital signage player
isn’t worth much without the digital
signage networks sending them specific content for them to display.
